Aktuell produzieren wir bereits die Module für unser erstes Wohnprojekt und werden im Mai mit der Errichtung beginnen. Zur Belegung durch die Stadt Hamburg planen und realisieren wir für junge Erwachsene 13 Single-Apartments, die Mitte 2018 in Betrieb gehen. In nur einem 3/4 Jahr haben wir dann ein nachhaltiges Gebäude auf sehr hohem qualitativen Niveau geplant, finanziert, genehmigt und gebaut, das Menschen mit Bedarf an bezahlbarem Wohnraum ein Heim bietet. For the city of Hamburg, we plan and realise 13 single apartments for young adults, that will brought into operation mid of 2018. Within just 3/4 of a year, we will then have planned, financed, permitted and constructed a sustainable building on a very high quality level, providing homes for people in need of affordable housing.
